The information supplied on this website is up to date at the time of its publication and is updated as fast as possible.
The updating of information supplied by third parties remains the responsibility of the supplier. Barcelona City Council will ensure that the suppliers of this information guarantee its updating and compliance with current regulations.
The aim is for the information supplied to be complete, truthful, accurate, useful and accessible and to comply with the quality requirements stipulated under current legislation.
2.- Allows access irrespective of the technological options of users and in particular to technologies based on open standards.
3.- Ensures the security and protection of personal data.
4.- It follows a cookies policy that respects privacy.
5.- Allows and promotes re-use of the information provided, within the limits that are provided for under this legal notice and set out under current legislation
Barcelona City Council allows the re-use of all the data and information supplied on this website, unless otherwise stated, on condition that:

6.- Protects intellectual and industrial property and promotes open licences.
Barcelona City Council either holds or has been assigned the intellectual property rights to the works and services that make up this website. That includes the portal's graphic designs and programmes, as well as the texts, images and recordings it contains. Any reproduction of, distribution of, public communication of or change to these works and services, outside of the activities directly authorised by the Act on Intellectual Property, shall require the holder's authorisation.
Any trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs that appear in this website may be protected under industrial property law, where applicable, and belong to their respective holders. Any use without the protection of the law or the holder's authorisation shall be prohibited.
Should any citizen suspect this website or its contents of having infringed any intellectual or industrial property right, they must notify the Council of this, stating their name, the ownership of the rights in question (demonstrating the corresponding proof or accreditation) and the object of the allegedly infringed law.
7.- Is adapted to the current legal framework on the matter of responsibility for the contents.
Acting under the current legislation in force, the Council shall be responsible for the content of this website that has been prepared by the Council itself. As for any content supplied by users and third parties, the Council shall be exempted from responsibility, under Articles 13 to 17 of Act 34/2002, on the Information Society and eCommerce Services. In particular, the Council shall be exempt from responsibility for linked contents, under the Article 17 of that same Act.
The City Council shall not be responsible for any misuse of the portal's content by users. Nor shall it be responsible for any access problems that may arise in the portal or any malfunctioning attributable to causes outside the City Council's control.
